Single in Tel Aviv (Israel, 18 min)
Directed by: Tal Haimovich, Maya Markovich
The film tells the story of Emma, a single 80 years old woman living in Tel-Aviv. Emma shares her thoughts and insights on men, women, relationships, and parenthood. Her insights stem from her life experiences as well as from her unique personality. The story of Emma also echoes to the millennial singles living in big cities full of excitements and holding ambivalent attitudes about romantic relationships and family life. In a broader sense the film deals with sex, love, alienation and loneliness and raises questions about the choices we make and how those choices shape our life.
