When the Israeli government in 2014 forms a new plan to urbanized the Bedouin villages in the Negev, the lives of more Tha two hundred thousand citizens are on the verge of change. Othman, a local young man, takes upon himself to convince the residents of Bir-Hadaj to accept the government's offer of urbanization. He soon realizes that the true potential for change will come from within the community mainly from the women He recruits his younger sister, Aisha, to advocate for literacy and integration. While the men continue to fight with each other and with the government, Othman and Aisha begin to shape a positive alternative.
