Little Pile of Things (France , 26 min)
Directed by: Virginie Balabaud
A 90 year-old lady explains the origin of her perception of possessions and the personal reasons which drive her to amass things, which have taken over her living space. Confronting the problem of emptiness and fullness, the story follows that of Diogenes the Greek philospher. In a poetic journey with a lady who represents the past, present and future through her relationship with things, Virginie Balabaud presents an artistic alternative by suggesting she build of a tent with all her accumulated fabrics.
