Christine Peluso has directed the national development of the company’s film production tax credit placement business since 2005,handling many of the company’s closings,as well as all complex transactions. She has written incentive legislation for several states, and has authored or co-authored numerous articles and white papers. To date, Christine and her team have sold over $800 million in various state tax credits, the majority of which have been film tax credits generated by the major studios. Prior to joining Tax Credits, LLC, Christine worked for ten years with various public companies handling debt restructuring, compliance and investor relations. In addition, she worked as a Financial Consultant with Salomon Smith Barney. Christine is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, US District Court and US Tax Court. Christine holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a J.D. from Delaware Law School in Wilmington.
Jane joined Tax Credits in 2013 with extensive experience in tax policy, as well as a vast knowledge of tax credit programs throughout the US. Appointed by Governor Rendell, Jane served as the Director of the Pennsylvania Film Office from 2003 through 2011, and helped establish the PA Film Tax Credit Program, which was signed into law during her first year. She subsequently co-authored the program guidelines, interfacing regularly with studio executives and production companies. Prior, Jane served as Director of Development for Exude Benefits, where she successfully expanded the firm’s client base to include a vast network of area corporations and business owners. Jane holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
